If they don't manage to coax the vampire from it's lair, at least they'll be able to create a relaxing ambience via candlelight. Like many vampires, this story was conceived in a cemetery and plotted at a funeral.

Panel 1: We are in a graveyard at night as gravestones loom above us and beyond them, a full moon is visible. Voices can be heard in the near distance.
Caption: October 9th. The moon is full, the sky is clear - this is it! Tonight we'll finally find out what's lurking in Elmwych cemetery!
Lydia: Are you sure we can get in this way?
David: Yes, the fence is much lower behind this hedge. You can step over it.
Lydia: I should have worn jeans.
Caption: The mysterious black cloaked figure with glowing red eyes is now seen regularly by passers-by after closing time. These new sightings are cause for concern.
Panel 2: Dressed in gothic style, Lydia is stepping over the wire fencing. David, with Hendrix style afro and dark overcoat is reaching out behind her.
Caption: Whatever it may be, this entity is getting stronger. It must be stopped, before some amateur thrill seeker gets hurt.
David: You'll be fine! Here, grab hold of my arm.
Lydia: I can manage thank you David.
Panel 3: David and Lydia are standing in the foreground, with a long row of graves stretching out behind them.

David: There's a big vault slab through here we can use.
Lydia: Did you bring candles? I love candles!
