Lydia: They won't bother us now David. I'm all yours!
David: Stop right there!

Panel 3. With the stake poised to strike her, Lydia looks to the ground as her hand tentatively moves to her chest.
Lydia (quietly): Monster?
Panel 4: Lydia's blood spattered face, now with weary expression, fills the whole panel.
Lydia: What are you waiting for? Do it David!
